The only good thing about Redwood Gardens is the rent. People that intend to stay until they day this is a great place for them. There is a pinch of Black and Brown people. The majority of the people are north Asians and not From South Asians (India etc.). The rest of the people are White. If you like diversity this not the place. Management rarely does anything that will benefits. If you are young at heart this is not the place for you.
my mom and dad lives there for 12 years, Dad passed away and Mom continues to live there. It is a beautiful place. The best is it is adjacent to UC student's union and cafe. A short walk of 10 mins (for my dad) he would be eating with the students of UC Berkeley. He used to walk to Berkeley library or College Ave for a cup of coffee or meet a friend. Surrounded with Redwood trees, tennis court, a UC Berkeley owned indoor swimming pool, which brought many young children to the facility. No other place is like this place. Unfo... read more
