I have been going to Redwood Family Therapy for a little over a year now. I am blessed to have Amy as my therapist. She has helped me work through my trauma dark times in my life. She has helped me get coping skills to deal with life in general and my kids.She has literally SAVED MY LIFE!!!! OPENED MY HEART, MIND, AND SOUL! I went through a few therapists, but nothing felt right for me. I decided to try Redwood Family Therapy and it has been the BEST decision I have ever made! I see Amy and there aren’t enough words to describe how much she has changed my life! She genuinely cares and I felt connected to her right away and my only regret is not looking for her sooner. The staff here is amazing and they care so much!
I would absolutely not recommend Amy Kilgore. My experience with her was disappointing and damaging.
