I love this place! Amazing people and atmosphere. Lots of natural light and beautiful views, but most importantly the people here truly care about people! We’ve worked with Lance and Tyfani who are exceptional therapists; intelligent, insightful, warm, and creative in their approach. I’ve found them to be extremely adaptable and in tune with what is needed each session and always create a safe space for growth. Lance is the first therapist who has ever truly seen me. From day one, he created a safe, judgment free space where I felt understood. He’s helped me heal in ways I didn’t even know I needed, guiding me through challenges, helping me see myself more clearly, and giving me tools that truly work. I’m so grateful for the difference he’s made in my life. The office staff is also amazing! They are warm, welcoming, and always a joy to work with.
I can’t recommend this place enough. When I first called to see someone as a new patient, they took the time to get the right fit for the kind of therapist I needed and would have an understanding of my situation. I have an amazing therapist Amy, who is so wonderful and she made me feel completely comfortable with her from the first session. You feel welcomed and safe when you come in the office and on the phone. They have an amazing team that is so friendly and helpful.
We started seeing Amy at the lowest point of our marriage hoping to work together and save it. My husband has a hard time trusting therapists especially and he absolutely has loved working with her. We’ve appreciated her calming presence and how she is able to share her knowledge and help us gain different perspectives. We have a lot of work to do still, but we are so grateful for the tools she has helped us gain to get through tough moments together.
