This has been the absolute worst experience ever. My family and I tried to look into purchasing our first home. A process that should’ve taken about a week or two, TOOK AN ENTIRE MONTH. We started the process (applications, lenders, etc) early November and almost everyday I’ve been calling to get updates as to what was going on.
