I just want to say that the community is well kept and the office staff was very helpful when I called and asked questions!
Literally worst place I have ever lived ever. Current property manager (Tiffany) she tells you one thing but switches all of a sudden when the time comes and has known about it issues from when I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW HOME and it’s been a year later and never fixed nor addressed but she has had “many quotes” I’m sure I’ll be waiting another year. I've lived in Redwood for 20+ years with minimal complaints. Redwood has a really nice park for the kids and a swimming pool for residents and allow you to bring +2 guests. My experiences with management has always been positive. The office manager is awesome, she is super nice. The few times there was an issue regardless of who's fault, the issue was resolved fairly.
