I live here and when I tell you the office is never open I go there from time to time when I need to talk to the office and literally there’s no one there during office hrs secondly you put in a maintenance request they don’t come until you physically go to the office and then tell them just for them to say submit it through app which you already been did . ****update**** There was a shooting last night!! A tenant had been very ugly following people and screaming in his apartment to himself. It was apparent he was suffering from a mental illness however nothing was done by Brenda the complex manager, no compassion, no concern for the safety of her tenants. Last night my friend whos a neighbor at the redwood apartments has had a neighbor below her that wouldn't leave her and family alone. He would thump his ceiling everywhere she walked and would scream his head off for months. She made the manager Brenda aware many times as well as notifying the cops for wellness checks.
