The facility and the staff are lovely. Front counter staff know your name. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dentists have been able to fix issues that I'd been chasing with another Dentists Office for years. Dentists, hygenists and counter are excellent. Absolutely no issues with the work, service or results. However. Billing to benefit providers is an absolute nightmare. I’ve recently relocated to this city and had a hard time finding a dentist I could feel truly comfortable with. I’ve been with the same dentist in Toronto since childhood, so adjusting to a new place wasn’t easy.
