Unprofessional, perfunctory, rushed. 2 stars because it was very clean and the hygienists were very friendly. I never post reviews, but I had to with this experience. They did fit me in quickly when I needed someone to look at a chipped tooth, but found out when I was there that an actual dentist is only there ONCE A MONTH, the second Monday of the month. My appointment was booked for 9:30, then a week before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment has moved to 10:00. I'm already taking time off, but if I don't see... read more
Doctor Scarfe does beautiful work, really pleased with his performance. The office looks great By the way all personnel are new and professional from back to front
While getting my teeth x-rayed the person taking my x-ray instructed me to put a square x-ray hard plastic piece with a cord attached in my mouth and to bite down. While I was biting down the person tripped over the cord and ripped the square from my clenched jaws.
I have been redwood dental patient for two yeas after $ 12,000.00 still they can’t get it Wright my doctor changed 3 times I have appointment with 4th dentist … maybe new dentist do better… I am hoping .. you should cross them out from your list ..
