Be warned, refunds do not happen here. I have been waiting since March for a refund due to overcharges. They didn’t even tell me I had credit until I started investigating my billing due to what my insurance sent. I have emailed, and in March Tanya assured me it would take 10 weeks to process and send the check. I sent a follow up email in April and Tanya said she would reach out to the accountant to confirm that the check was sent. This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had a very positive experience overall. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I received a great dental cleaning and thorough dental checkup, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The only minor issue was some scheduling confusion, but aside from that, everything went very smoothly. Improving communication around appointment scheduling would make the experience even better.
