Be warned, refunds do not happen here. I have been waiting since March for a refund due to overcharges. They didn’t even tell me I had credit until I started investigating my billing due to what my insurance sent. I have emailed, and in March Tanya assured me it would take 10 weeks to process and send the check. This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had a very positive experience overall. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I received a great dental cleaning and thorough dental checkup, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The only minor issue was some scheduling confusion, but aside from that, everything went very smoothly. Improving communication around appointment scheduling would make the experience even better. Unprofessional, perfunctory, rushed. 2 stars because it was very clean and the hygienists were very friendly. I never post reviews, but I had to with this experience. They did fit me in quickly when I needed someone to look at a chipped tooth, but found out when I was there that an actual dentist is only there ONCE A MONTH, the second Monday of the month. My appointment was booked for 9:30, then a week before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment has moved to 10:00. I'm already taking time off, but if I don't see... read more
