I’ve been going to see Dr. Norman Chang for almost 2 decades. I’ve tried other recommended dentists on the peninsula as far south as Cupertino. I find him to be the most honest, ethical, and kind provider. He will explain the pros and cons and near term long-term consequences of doing various procedures or not doing them.
