Good service, friendly staff, good environment
I’m so grateful for you Gladys Milligan, the Branch Experience Manager and her awesome team of Redwood Credit Union American Canyon branch! If you are looking for a local bank who will take great care of you with all your banking needs, look no further. They do financial literacy programs called “Bite Of Reality” for two schools I have introduced them too….for free to educate our next generations. Very rude and discriminatory from all bank employees. I had a appointment and was told to have a seat. Several bank employees walked past and spoke to other customers in spanish that came in after me and didn’t have a appointment. People walked in the door and was helped immediately they was not told to have a seat and the whole time there was spanish speaking all around I felt uncomfortable and out of place so I politely got up and left to never return again. This treatment is done in Napa but American Canyon is not that.
