Update: After I posted my review here, Redwood CU got back to me and promptly worked with me to roll-down the interest rate. Bumping it to 4 stars from 2. Original review: I took out a mortgage loan in 2025. They claimed to have an excellent rate roll-down program and this was a big deal in deciding as I had competing offers.
