I have lived near Redwood Court for years and have never seen a more terrible bunch of tenants living there recently....especially the North facing building. Loud, partying types seem to gravity to this complex. The Manager must have a contest to see which tenant can scream the F*** word the loudest at all hours of the day before she lets them live there. Boardwalk is known to accept anyone as long as they can pay the rent but the quality of the recent bunch of tenants living there are just really sad!!
