Melissa helped get a quality fingerprint card completed for me after multiple failures and terrible service elsewhere. She was able to see me right away and spent the time to ensure my prints were the best they could be (and they were accepted as quality/readable prints by the FBI). It was a huge relief and I'll forever be appreciative. Highly recommend!!
