Online banking is a nightmare with Redwood Capital. When trying to resolve issues with customer service I was told that being a small bank they’re options for online access is more limited than mainstream banks. I really expected they would try harder to keep my business but I had to close my account today and move my money to a more reputable institution. Update... Been using this bank quite a while... Doubt I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. Coming from US Bank which often has crazy long lines/waits... I definitely suggest Redwood Capital since the wait is never more than a few minutes. I recently had to wait a few minutes for the ONE customer in front of me to finish. Once I got to the desk they apologized to me for the wait... I spent a few minutes in line and once I got to the desk they apologized to me. I'm definitely impressed.
Marissa was a big help. So calm and understanding. Her professionalism, and bright personality is a big thing with me and my wife. She was super! Give that girl a raise!!!
