It's funny how a small local business wouldn't let me switch out cash for quarters because I'm not a customer. Teller staff were as nice and is sympathetic as they could have been given the circumstances under these policies. Yet, the Wells Fargo right down the road (a giant corporation, to whom I am much less marginally valuable as a potential customer) took care of me with no hassle. BEST customer service ever. I am always greeted cheerfully and I NEVER have had to wait in line. Everyone is friendly and helpful. What a wonderful addition to our community.
