Lack of empathy and compassion, as if they have gone numb to sick animals. It was really uncomfortable and I felt like a fool for even racing Bailey up there after he had been vomiting for hours. First point of call on desk walked out and just made me feel stupid and she had not so much emotion or empathy at all. She just was more concerned about the money it would cost as it was 11:30 pm and I was very very emotional and concerned for my beautiful Bailey boy. I am honestly so greatful to these guys, they helped me so much with my cat She had an absis burst on her back due to past injury i thought it was something soo much worse, I called them and they informed me of the consultation fee before and after 12am. I rushed her in. We waited less then 5 minutes in the waiting room for them to come see us. We paid for all treatment after it was completed and we were informed of a price range that was accurate before we paid!. She was given the best care and it only took 30 minutes for... read more

They are the worst vets around. I took my possum into them, she had a baby in pouch, she had been hit by a car. They refuse to tell me where that baby is, they refuse to contact the carers that took it, they are rude, all they care about is money. They don’t care that I now have a fretting father possum. DO NOT USE THEM. I strongly think they put that baby down… when it was a okay…

Amazing team of Vets!!! We've visited a few times now with our dogs with different emergencies and they are such kind and compassionate staff and have all the equipment to make a quick diagnosis that you know your furry loved one is in good hands 😉
