I was disappointed with the professionalism at the reception. While we were interacting with another receptionist, the staff member wearing white repeatedly stared in our direction and appeared visibly flushed throughout the interaction. The prolonged gazing and overall demeanour made the situation extremely uncomfortable. Reception staff are the first point of contact, and professional and respectful conduct is important. I had a wonderful experience at Red Stone Dental! Dr. Priya and the entire team were absolutely amazing with my daughter during her dental procedure. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming, and their services are remarkably reasonable and affordable.
