WOW this place is not great! My personal data was stolen through their unprotected network, I’ve been dealing with constant hacking attempts ever since. Hopefully other residents set up MFA and changed passwords. Do NOT trust them with your information
Update: Do not provide this company with your personal information when applying. They recently experienced a cybersecurity breach, resulting in the theft of all current and former tenants' data, including SIN numbers, banking information, birthdates, and email addresses. Despite this, they are offering absolutely nothing to affected residents. We’ve been living in this building for a year, and it’s been great! The management is very responsive and quick to address any concerns. We haven’t had any issues, and the appliances in the apartment are in good condition. There’s a small gym downstairs that’s usually not busy. The underground parking, bike storage, and hallways are all well-maintained. The views from the apartments are also quite nice — I absolutely loved the downtown view. Except with the Tercel, at least you’re not paying luxury car prices for a junkyard experience. Let’s start with the winters.
