The worst property management in the area. Mismanagement of money. Totally corrupt business. Avoid!
This place was great! Applied and was approved within a day and Chelsey Watson was the lady that worked with me and my gf.. And she was so welcoming and helpful and we couldn't be more excited to be living in this beautiful apartment with great amenities!!
I have rented from redstone for nearly 3 years. In that time, I dealt with an electric issue for 16 months having to avoid certain breakers etc. It took almost two months to get into the garage because of a broken door, and I have been in my new apartment since August and have dealt with no screens in windows, no blinds and now a leak in the bathroom coming from upstairs for the past five days with NO RELIEF. STAY AWAY
Overall had a great experience with my time with Redstone. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is simply because they don't seem to have the resources to fully support their properties as far as maintenance and administration as other places I've stayed. Obviously this is just a growing pain of a smaller, locally owned business as compared to a national brand such as Edward Rose but overall I'd recommend staying with them. No surprise fees, friendly staff, generally clean properties. Would recommend to anyone considering.
My fiancé and I are new residents at Redstone Properties, leasing out of Holland. We have nothing but positive things to say! The office staff is kind and prompt, answering all questions I've sent via email and returning calls when needed! Carly, Chelsea, and Heather made the application and move-in process easy and as stress-free as possible!
