Never responds to maintenance calls, office does not respond to phone calls or emails, horrible property management i.e. snow removal, ice removal etc. poorly managed property - would NOT recommend
My best friend & I shared an apartment with our cats for 2 years at the Michigan Street Apartments. As it pains for us to leave, it was the most quiet & comfortable years at Redstone, and also became a good start to our first rental since there wasn’t a credit check. Hardly had any issues but anytime we reached out with a question, it’s normally responded within an hour Via Email. Again we thank you for allowing us to call it home during the time.
I addressed my concerns over phone recycling was not picked up on the day we was originally told months ago and been having it picked up with no issues whatsoever till today a staff decided to moved it to front of the garage door due to their walk around policy to see if tenants took care of it. and my husband is at work and I’m 9 months pregnant so I cannot move a full bin unless it’s empty I didn’t want to go against my doctors wishes of hurting myself and it would’ve been greatly appreciated if they communicated and calle... read more
Absolute trash. Worst people you could possible rent from. Horrible rude and insensitive staff. Horrible conditions. Pseudo name, as we still have a lease. They refuse to do anything but play games.
As far as renting goes, Redstone is a pretty decent company. They don't bother you too much and keep the properties clean. Maintenance issues can take a while to solve, but that will be true for any old building. Lived in a Redstone property for three years and would recommend them.
