Just wanted to get on here to shout out Laz from maintenance/ Ace hardware. We just moved to The Vue over a month ago. He was very helpful replacing our garbage disposal & making sure we had a working sink. Laz showed up prepared with the proper parts & tools so we didn’t have to wait any longer. Appreciate it!
The service used for paying rent doesn't have a way to auto pay your current balance. So on top of rent increases for no reason while the apartment is stuck in the 90s, they change fees on you so you technically don't pay your rent on time and have to fork over 100 dollars. Then when auto pay fails, they don't even contact you until a full month has passed so you have more fees. I have paid these people 300 dollars this years in late fees despite having auto pay turned on. They are scammers at best.
Lived at Broadview Apartments for 3 Years. Very nice and quiet place to live. Redstone takes very good care of the place . Very friendly staff and fix stuff quickly when I need it. Met alot of amazing people while I was living there. I wouid recommend anyone to live there. Thank you larry

Heather and Carly are amazing! This property is so well maintained and it has been such a pleasure to live here! To anyone looking for an apartment in the downtown gr area I wouldn’t hesitate to look at any red stone property!
