Absolutely dreadful. Firstly Matthew quoted a price over the phone then increased it by $50 without any notification. The reason we choose Matthew was the price he quoted. Not the inflated price. Sadly the troubles did not end there. We received the inspection report and phoned Matthew as we had several questions regarding the report as well as the price increase.
