Eddy is great I don’t have any problems when I do he fixes it right away
All four of the washing machines in the laundry room are currently flooded and broken. At least half the washers and dryers have been broken since April. And yet they're happy to charge nearly $2k a month in rent despite completely unusable amenities. Zero response to service requests to fix this issue. I'm sure they aren't taking prospective new tenants to look at the laundry room either...
Rent goes up every damn year! Yet they can’t even maintain laundry machines. It’s disgusting how rent can go up and they demand rent, especially for my apt which does not have a deck or anything special! Laundry is a huge thing, if we are entitled to laundry the laundry machines should be fixed and maintained! All machines are not usable! I am extremely disappointed with the snow removal at Redstone Gardens. The sidewalks, steps, and parking areas are never salted or cleared first thing in the morning. Instead, shoveling happens much later in the day, which is dangerous and inconvenient. This is especially frustrating for tenants who are nurses, doctors, or blue-collar workers who need to get to work early. By 8:30 AM, nothing has been done to ensure safe passage.
