I am extremely disappointed with the snow removal at Redstone Gardens. The sidewalks, steps, and parking areas are never salted or cleared first thing in the morning. Instead, shoveling happens much later in the day, which is dangerous and inconvenient. This is especially frustrating for tenants who are nurses, doctors, or blue-collar workers who need to get to work early. By 8:30 AM, nothing has been done to ensure safe passage. This community is very quiet and peaceful, I chose it because of family and dog friendly. The buildings look old but my apartment was completely renovated for my move, the complex areas are clean without any pests. Management is efficient and employees are service oriented: I called because my AC was not working and within 10 minutes someone came to make an assessment and replace it with a new one (the only item not replaced during renovation). I been living here for a month and my experience has been excellent so far

I have been living here for the past 2 years. The area is nice and quiet. Parking is good and place feels safe. HOWEVER!!!!! Maintenance SUCKS! If you want something fixed you have to harass them. You call the leasing office and get sent to voicemail and they don’t care at all about your problem in the apartment. The consideration sucks! The heat sucks!
