Be VERY VERY careful what you have done here. My wife and I had a REGULAR checkup - no cavities, no special treatment, nothing. And the bill came to over $3,000! WTF! and the insurance will only cover $700 so we are out $2,000 (after a small discount). I would never, ever go back.
