Having worked with over 20 management companies over the last 5 years, this is the least professional organization that I have ever worked with in my career. They have no understanding of industry standards or any ability to perform on their own part of any agreement/contract, yet they will religiously hold you to minor inconveniences on their end. Having been a multiple time CEO/business owner, I would never ever lease a property managed by this company. Please avoid, even if it means settling for a less viable location.
Property management company is terrible ! Been renting for over 10yrs plus at university center Dr and building is falling apart , management doesn’t care . Katy Alderman is no help .
