Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No I’ve answers the phone EVER. You can leave messages. Don’t expect a call back. What are you paying for?
With UVM shut down and students told to go home, Redstone is doing nothing to help it's displaced residents. This is student housing, promoted by UVM, inextricably intertwined with UVM, but while UVM is providing credits to students in traditional dorms, Redstone is doing nothing but collecting rent while providing services to no one (or next to no one). Great management and customer service, beautiful grounds, great proximity to UVM- overall, nice place for students to live!
