I ended up at Redstone American Grill after a long day, mainly because Kona Grill was closed and I was hungry. The ambiance was nice, and my waitress was truly great—friendly and attentive. My party of 3 just had a wonderful breakfast/brunch at Redstone. Were surprised that in addition to the breakfast items we ordered the server also brought out some fruit an Beignets. I assume the extra items at no additional cost were served since it was brunch time on Sunday. My omelet was perfect and came with toast and hash browns for a very reasonable price of $16. Went back for lunch after only eating brunch here. We got the Buffalo shrimp and 2 separate pastas the pasta with short rib and shrimp scampi. My husband liked the parparedelle one but felt a little salt would make it perfect. The shrimp scampi was different because it was fried shrimp instead of the grilled but still very good but again needed salt and pepper.
