Went to see Star Wars premiere. All the theaters were programmed to play in 3D. We purposely chose non-3D due to medical reasons. When management was alerted they were unable to provide timely updates, stop or reset the movie. We were given passes to come back, but since all the other show times were sold out we had to leave. The inability to stop the movie, reset it, or provide satisfactory resolution ruined our premier night.
Only a 50 cent military discount on 5 movie tickets???
Assistant Manager called my wife a liar under his breath about refill of her drink. Who in management does that? What happened to service. These guys don't get it!!
