The theatre is nice and it is comfortable enjoyed the movie and it is clean. The bad the staff is very unfriendly. They had a promotion sign up to get a candy for a 1 with popcorn and a drink the promo was over when asked the girl simply told it was over and removed the candy we asked for when I asked her if she got the candy she proceeded to tell me the promo was over and is said I understand that and under her breath she said I already told you that. It's nice that they give people with special needs jobs. However I would prefer it if they would keep the booger eaters off the popcorn. It's really gross I don't want to go order Popcorn from people has been picking. It's disgusting and I almost threw up. Needless to say I didn't order any popcorn... The bathrooms are disgusting the supervisors imbeciles...
The Vegan Commercial was over the top????? Going to the movie theater is supposed to be fun, and then that shows up on the screen and ruins your appetite and experience ;-;
The box office staff doesn't understand customer service; have never seen them smile. The concessions staff seems to be getting better. The sitting area next to concessions is run down. The bathrooms are always gross, and equipment/hardware often broken so we use the family restroom whenever possible. Game room is lame. Since recently discovering the Sugarhouse Cinemark, we won't be going to Redstone as much.
Pleasant enough theatre but don't go without calling first.
