Avoid from renting ANYTHING from Redstone. Customer service TERRIBLE, you pay EXTRA for parking (in rent) but end up booted and having to pay for the boot to be uninstalled from your vehicle, too add there isn’t any guest parking lot for family or friends (friends/family will be ticketed for parking). Rent is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Never kept up w plowing. Cops in and out just about every other week

If you can avoid renting from Redstone, do. They are nearly unresponsive when you try to reach them; for example, on a somewhat time sensitive issue for our lease take over, it took TWELVE phone calls (and several voicemails) to three different people before we finally gave up and went right up to the building manager. they could improve by calling back their tenant's. worst renting experience ever. slum lords if you ask me
This company is criminal during the COVID-19 era. I moved out of my apartment in mid May which was two weeks early. And they told me they would not do a walk-through because of the times and to just leave the keys inside when it was clean. I did a thorough cleaning of the apartment and patched every hole in the wall from picture frames. I even went so far as to replace the pans underneath the stove that had a little burnt on stuff. Poor customer service, poor property management, the list goes on. It took literal months to fix a broken step and when I was actually able to talk to a person, I was told I needed to file out a work order request. I had already sent 3. I was told that they hadn’t received them after another person in the office told me the same day they had. Clearly there is no communication between managers and no one seems to be in charge.
