Had one of those summer storms decide to wipe out my back porch as well as damage my existing asphalt roof. Ryan was not only quick to show up at my place, but took care of negotiating with insurance to get all damages taken care of. He definitely did the work to make me whole. He and his teams were quick and thorough. From inspection to making sure trash was up after the work was done. Definitely someone you can rely on. Thank you Ryan and Jess for making tough times in life a little easier. Appreciate you guys.
I recently had 3 roofs replaced by RSR due to hail damage. My own home, another family member's home, and then my own home again about a year later. In all 3 cases, Ryan Sharp went out of his way to work with difficult insurance companies to get a full replacement. I watched the tear-off and reinstall through every step. We are so very pleased with Red Stick Roofing! Fair pricing, honest and transparent, and very patient. They explained everything to us as this was our first major claim; they worked with our insurance. Our new roof is beautiful, and the interior repairs are perfect. We had sheetrock repaired after one of the owners came by and found a dormer leaking in our attic. Gladys came by to do the damage repair and had the ceiling color matched, painted, and fixed an additional spot she found all while leaving her workspace completely immaculate. 10/10 customer service and job well done!
