The owner, Erik Carrier, makes service promises that are never fulfilled. We had Redstar as our property managing company for a while and they were a complete waste of money. We actually lost money by hiring them rather than managing our own condo building ourselves. They performed work on the same plumbing problem several times and never resolved it.
