I’ve worked with Chris since last May to get the perfect coilover setup on my 2008 Honda Fit. After working through issues, some of which were out of Chris’ control, I was able to receive my coilovers this week. Chris went above and beyond at every step in the process and good willed me an amazing setup in lieu of my extended wait time, most of which was not due to Redshift Motorsports, but actually BC Racing. Chris at Redshift has gone above in beyond in helping me and I will always recommend his products from now on. I had an issue with a strut and needed to replace it in an emergency; Chris had one overnighted from BC, built, and then overnighted to me so that I could have it before my work shifts this weekend. I’ve never once had such great customer service with a company and this was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but praise for the RedShift motorsports dampers. Chris is happy to share insights and offer up the right product. Car handles amazingly well.
The owner was very responsive and open when answering all of my questions. I ended up selling my car (Civic EM1) shorly after installing the coilovers so I did not have a chance to get them on the track but they felt amazing on the street. Instantly rode much better than my old coilovers and the car felt extremely responsive. I opted for the 4 month delivery but the coilovers took a little longer than that so I received further discount due to time delay (at a very generous rate!!).
