This company is no longer Reds Restrooms. It is Regional Restrooms. Why they are still portraying themselves as Reds is not clear. They acquired Reds Restrooms over a year ago. They are a very large outfit with multiple locations all around New England. They are buying up all the small mom and pop operations. Look elsewhere if you are looking to help the small business owner.
Zero stars. Reserved and paid for a porta john on 7/25 to then be dropped off on monday 8/7, about a two week notice. I was told it would be dropped off “sometime in the morning”. Crew on site and no porta potty, so they left. Called and asked and they said it was out for drop off. No show. Tuesday called, same thing no show. Wednesday called and agin, out for drop off. Can't say enough good things about Red's and working with Joe. Very professional and communication was very quick and professional. Everyone at the event we held, complimented on how clean everything was. I will definitely refer Red's to others and to keep them in mind in the future.
Cleanest portable potty, fast service, new equipment.
Great people with good values. The restrooms are super clean and their service is super reliable. I would highly recommend them.
