Took my truck in for a water pump replacement and am having to replace it again due to them not putting it correctly. Dealership said pump was put in with missing screws and they didn’t not connect everything back properly.
I have come here twice for body work and both times it comes out looking brand new! The color match and work is awesome. I then recommended this place to my grandparents after their a/c wasn’t working and they got quoted a large amount at another place. They decided to get a quote here and got the work done the same day with how affordable it was compared to the other place! They have not had any problems with the work and it’s been months. I had this shop Red Automotive to put a transmission in my car. 2014 Nissian Sentra. When Red's Automotive thought i was paying for it he was charging 2300.00 for it, when he relized car shield was paying, he took the price up to 4800.00. He put the transmission in my car. 2 weeks after the transmission was installed i told Red the owner that i was going to take a trip to STL which is 10 hours from Dallas, he stated that was not a good idea, that i would only burn out the transmission, mind you it supoosed to be a brand new ... read more
