As usual, THEE PLACE IN SHEM CREEK TO GO FOR BAR STUFF. Never disappointed with atmosphere, friendly locals & staff.

We've been coming here for years. They're always friendly and quick on their service. I love seeing Shem Creek while we eat. I come for the hot crab dip, hush puppies, and fried shrimp. My husband tries several different dishes. It's a dog friendly place, too.
Atmosphere is wonderful and the Killer Shrimp � is amazing if you can take the heat! 🌶
Took a large group there for my husbands birthday...will not be going back. Food was horrible and burnt. My first and last trip!
Food and place of business (i.e. inside interior) was not at all what we expected. We had a group of 16 for a birthday supper so we were prepared to wait; although it was longer than a hour before we were seated. We figured well, atleast the food will be worth the wait...and to our surprise it was not. We have always heard good things about Red's. My fried shrimp and hushpuppies (among several others in party) were served burnt. I was then brought a new batch that were still burnt, fried too hard and crunchy. Needless to say... read more
This was my first and last visit. The food was not good at all, tasted like it was fried in old burnt grease. I will not be going back!
