Great shop! They fixed my problem that no other shop could diagnose. And their prices are always cheaper than the dealership! The service writer was very helpful in explaining my wiring issues in detail! I will be back when necessary!
This place is great! The girl at the front desk explained what the mechanic would be doing and let me know what I would have to pay before they did the work. The mechanic explained everything in laymans terms. My car was ready when promised and runs great! I am so happy to find an honest and caring mechanic who isn't just out for my money :) I will be using them for all my automotive needs from now on!
Did you know that Red's can have anyone come on here and give a review? I am a real customer from Red's Check Point and that place will take advantage of you!!! I have paid them twice to diagnose the same issue of a service engine light and brake light. 800 dollars and 5 visits later, my lights are still on. Very bad, do not ever take your car there. Took my vehicle there and paid $750.00 had to take it back 4 times and it's still leaks I wonder if I can take them to court I think I'm gone look into that!!!! Awwwful experience
Awful, awful, awful! Not good service or work. My car still has the same problem and im out of 175.00! Now they telling me its something else they didnt see the first time. Right, they are ripping people off. Do not I repeat donot take ur cars there. I should of known because while I was there waiting for my car 4 people came in to complain
Great shop. Awesome mechanics that really know what they are doing and the people are very friendly. Got a really good deal and they also let me know what else was wrong and what was top priority to get fixed next. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ALL !!!
I was totally disappointed at my experience here. For starters the wrong part was order for my vehicle. I was told this by the mechanic. However, when i went to pick up my vehicle the owner said it was the right part. needless to say was vehicle wasn't working properly. After two weeks of going back and forth my vehicle still wasn't fixed and they damaged something else. The car is in worse shape than when it went to the shop. Playin games – Something be goin on at Reds. This used to be a good place but now they just gettin money off people and not figuring nothing out. Took over a week to get my car back and they didn't even fix it! Sure took my money too...deposit after deposit. Guess the word around town true. That money be goin to support somebody habit!
They are killing us with poor intergrity – I am greatly disappointed with my experience at Red's. I took my 93' Saab in for no headlights and was told my car needed to stay over night. The next day I was told that I will be paying a 90+ dollar/hr rate just for them trying to figure it out. I had already told them I replaced the lamps and they called me later to say that it nothing wrong with any of my relays.
