Cutters sits in the rear space in Red's. Jennifer is the owner of Cutters and she has been cutting my hair for well over a decade now. I no longer live in the area but come back for her to give me a trim or a new perm.
Missy is the BEST. I'm 50 and finally found the perfect hair stylist. She's been doing my hair since 2016. Love her!! ❤️
