I brought my car in for mechanical work, trusting them was the biggest auto-related mistake I’ve ever made. They caused exponentially more damage than the requested repair cost. Went in and checked out a car I liked (a Benz), told salesman I would buy for asking price after the weekend when I received my new card on Monday in the mail for down payment (lost card, out of state bank sent new one). Sold car out from under me over weekend without even a phone call to let me know someone else was interested, so I could try and get in there.
