I found Dr. Syed to be extremely pushy and rude. She just wanted to sell orthotic inserts. She changed her late days so my appointment had to be rescheduled. She then blamed me for not returning sooner. Proper instructions were not given at the previous appointment and I asked for step by step at the last appointment. I wrote them down. Dr Syed is very knowledgeable, but the practice definitely likes to push the limit of billable services. I ultimately changed dr's because of that, and how aggressively the office stacks its appointments (I often had to wait 45min-1hr) and the sloppy billing (I routinely caught mistakes in their billing).

I am a runner. I suffer from IT Band Syndrome, at first every time I did a long run, I had to go immediately to physical therapy, sometimes it takes me a week to recover sometimes longer, and then I started to have pain even if I’m running just a 5K.
