Nice place to eat if you have plenty of time and patience. Food is good, but service is constantly sub-par. Always very slow, and has been since it opened. Make sure you allow at least an hour and a half no matter the time of day and no matter what you order. The last straw for us was last night - our family of four came at 5:30 on a Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday and were turned away because they didn't have enough servers working. Copied from my TripAdvisor review: Attached to a large, new, trendy suites hotel, this restaurant is amazing. The real two-sided fireplace is a welcoming site along with the abundant and friendly host staff. The decor is soft, warm, and upscale. I want to thank you for the wonderful dining experience there. I was warmly welcomed by Michael Vetsch. Our waitress was perfect for us. She was prompt and skilled in making our dining experience wonderful. Your cooks are awesome. The presentation of the food and table settings and decor make me want to come back again soon.
