We originally had the agency head as a personal caregiver for my mom, so when the time came for an Agency to augment the caregivers we have now, there was no question that we would turn to Shantoya’s agency. She took time to assess my mom at this point, several years later, and sent a lovely and reliable person to help out. We know we can depend on her Agency and will continue to use their services in the future.

I am very satisfied with the services that Redroses has provided. Unexpectedly, I had to go out of town for work and needed care for my father for a few weekends. On short notice, Redroses was able to provide care at the last minute. Such professional and very personable care. The ladies were really nice. I would recommend this amazing company to anyone needing care!
