I had a 1 o'clock appointment for Caycei Seaver, and the text messages instructed me to be there at 12:30. I showed up at 12:25, only to be told that I was late and needed to reschedule. They had no interest in looking at the text messages (FROM THEM) showing the appointment time, nor did they respect me as a person. Go elsewhere if possible.
