There is a severe and persistent bed bug infestation in at least one of the units in the B or 848 building that is affecting several of the units on all floors of the building including mine. The property manager, Red Peak, has failed to properly address this issue over the past 9 months, and I continue to see bed bugs in my unit every three to six weeks, usually after they treat someone else's apartment. Red Peak is purely profit driven and greedy. They lured me into the apartment community with a pool and very nice public facilities. They closed the pool and all the facilities to demolish them and add more units to rent (profit). The construction is filthy and constant. They refuse to lower rent due to the constant construction and dirt, EVERYWHERE. The once luxury apartments are going to be a slum with no facilities the pool was filled with dirt! Horrible management. Constant construction and toxic fumes throughout hallways with no ventilation or fans. 22% rent increase and 33% parking increase. Zero notice that they will be ripping your door frame and molding off, after 6 pm, and painting your door yellow. Non working washing machine for over 6 months, very little heat for nearly a week, RUDE community manager. Simply put, run as far and fast as you can from renting from Red Peak!!
