The WORST customer service Don't waste your time or money at this store! We took in our vacuum for annual service -- nothing was broken; we just took it in for maintenance. Twenty six (yes, 26 CALENDAR days later), the vacuum was ready. We even asked for our vacuum back (without being serviced), and the woman refused! The customer service was horrible; there was no customer service...just a surly woman who couldn't explain why an annual service was taking so long. Save yourself the frustration -- stay away from this place!
Mrs. C The new owners and staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They promptly assisted me in finding the products I was looking for. I also took my vacuum in for repair and was very pleased with the service. The store was extremely neat and clean. I would definitely do business with them again, and would highly recommend them.
Vacuum Cleaner Stopped Working Our Miele Silver Moon vacuum cleaner stopped working while vacuuming. Took into Redondo Vacuum & Janitorial Center and explained my problem. Rita said she thought it was a small problem with the roll-up cord. I left the vacuum cleaner with her in the afternoon. Receive a call the next morning it was ready for pick-up....NO Cost !! Just a small repair that took 5-10 minutes. Now that is a great owner !! Bottom line: A terrific shop to deal with !! Highly recommend. If you need anything associate... read more
I found great service and quality products!! A+++ I went in to the store not knowing how to solve my floor wax problem - my maid has mopped my floor with future floor wax and the build up actually hid my beautiful $25.00 a square foot floor. Nobody knew how to remove this terrible product from my marble floor until I went into their store. Not only did they provide me with the knowledge of what to do they also had the equipment I needed to do it. The products they recommended worked great!
