My experience with the sales person Paul was good, but the aftermath of the sale unfortunately fell short. I purchased a pre-owned car, and they never fulfilled a due bill promised item over a month later. Ghosted me since I bought the car. Not responded to multiple phone calls, left messages, and emails.

Mitsubishi Redondo is one of the worst service providers in South Bay auto dealers. I have been trying to reach Service Department for three days in a row by leaving voice messages, but no return calls as of yet. An annoying, stupid robot phone system accelerates the situation. The service is a lifeline for users. If Mitsubishi continues to ignore users in service, they will quickly walk out of Mitsubishi, because they cannot maintain business, cannot visit hospitals, cannot attend schools, cannot buy foods. I was at the dealer around 6 hours to buy a car. I wish I would've left. When the finance rep finally got to me, the document signing was completely rushed. Traded in old car and was assured they'd take care of all the DMV paperwork. I received a ticket date 2 weeks after the trade in of my old car. Contacted dealer and left messages. No one ever got back to me. Now I have to deal with the DMV and the ticket.
