The repair technician Jacob has consistently provided excellent service whenever he's worked on our pool equipment. He goes the extra mile to explain everything to us, which we really appreciate. His knowledge and professionalism make him a valuable part of our pool care experience. We feel confident and secure knowing he treats us fairly during repairs, which is why we continue our monthly service contract for pool maintenance.

We had jacob from Redondo Beach Pool Repair & Replaster tackle a tricky pool leak for us. The leak was in an odd spot and hard to detect but jacob's persistence paid off. It took a few visits to our place, quite a long haul for him, but he finally located and repaired the leak. The best part was, it was all included in the basic leak detection price.
