i called redondo beach hvac solutions on friday and they came out saturday morning to check my heater. turns out i needed a new one. frank told me he could get it by monday morning, and he did. the technician, curtis, was very professional and spent all day installing the new heater, even making new sheet metal pieces since the old ones didn’t fit. he did a great job. the only thing left was the propane converter, which hadn’t arrived yet. we were told it would be here tuesday morning, and it was. jerome came out, installed ... read more

Our air conditioning stopped working, so I called for HVAC service and was told a technician could come the next day between noon and evening, which was fine since I knew others probably had AC problems too. That evening, I got an email saying the technician was already on the way—what a nice surprise. Curtis arrived and started checking out our system, which was being tricky. I called around 6pm because our furnace stopped working properly. The technician on call was very friendly and provided a rough estimate for the repair, along with some helpful tips on what we could check ourselves to troubleshoot the issue. We chose to wait until the next day instead of paying for an after-hours service, and they arrived bright and early in the morning.
