I called for an appointment on Tuesday which was scheduled on Friday to get some general repairs done. I was told they would call the day of to hear more details of what I needed done. That never happened. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and instead decided to wait until Friday 12-2PM which was the allocated time frame in which I was told they would arrive. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Called for furniture assembly. Was assured that Justin would be at my place a day later between noon and 2pm. No call from Justin, so I call back. Spoke to a Mac and an Elizabeth. Many assurances and perfunctory apologies were given, and yet no Justin. He didn't even have the professionalism to call or text. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices!! Redondo Beach Handyman and Painter is my go-to company for all of my home repairs, both inside and out! This month they fixed a door frame damaged from the wind storm! In the past, they have repaired my workshop from dry rot, rebuilt sections of my fence/gates and repaired my block walls! I have never been disappointed with the work or the team.
