Wasn't happy or confident with the diagnostic given by the technician that came to my home. I called and left a message that may have been a Little harsh... I was contacted by the owner who dispite my harsh words: was extremely helpful and understanding. He will be stopping here tomorrow for a second diagnostic.
Joe and his staff at Redo Appliance are excellent at customer service and taking care of any appliance need asked of them. As a property manager, I rely on them to provide prompt responses to my service requests. A+ quality!
Redo has been great for washer and dryer repairs and I would recommend them to anyone.
OK I think it has been over a year since I came into Redo to buy a new dryer and they told me "no! we can fix your old one for way cheaper!" And they did! The dryer they repaired for me has worked for over a year! These guys (and girls) know what they are doing!
I brought washer and dryer there was so excited call twice because my dryer not working right bad customer service and has warranty I work customer service 20 years or good place but not fix or look at....
