Last post on this page was 2016. I sent a msg asking them to call me so I can schedule an appointment. It has been 48 hrs and no phone call. That is poor customer service.
Love these guys!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my final choice of appliances. Highly recommend!
Was able to make next day appointment. They showed in the hour window as scheduled. Professional personnel and fast at fixing the problems. Will definitely use these guys again. A plus from me!
I purchased a washer and dryer less than a month ago dryer already not working. I was told I can bring it in yo see if it could be fixed. Whst? This is not a watch. I had to pay some one to pick up the dryer in the first place now they want me to pay to bring it in and its s big appliance? I want to see how this will get resolved
