The Mira loma staff was fantastic! I had a very hard-to-find brake drum and wheel that needed replacement. We couldn't find the parts anywhere, they were discontinued; but they found suitable compatible replacement parts and I was able to get the trailer up and back on the road for a very reasonable price and time! Give those girls a raise! They are priceless.
Phone number never works. Trying to get ahold of any body is almost impossible
Took me a minute to grab the stuff I needed but spent 17 minutes to get charged. These people forget wasting time is the equivalent of wasting money. Unfortunately, it was my time they wasted.
We have an account there. We have been calling several times a day for three days straight. No one will pick up the phone it just sends you to voicemail after waiting. What the heck.
Horrible customer service. They only have 2 people working the counter and their computer system is ridiculously slow. The managers in the back are absolutely disgraceful as they never do anything to help with the front and are always on their phones talking about personal matters. My advice is to go down the street to TexTrail.
