I called today to place an order and had a few questions, but the woman at customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I definitely do not recommend calling them or giving them any business. Very disappointing.
I called to try to place an order and I sensed hostility towards the customer service rep. I knew my account number and exactly what I wanted. This place is ridiculous, excuse me for needing to buy something. The company should do online ordering to elevate the experience.
