I was stuck on the side of the road. I tried 7 other places to get the parts. After contacting Dexter, they said my axle drums were from a company that is no longer in business, but they could cross reference to their product. I brought the old parts down and Shelby found the correct parts to fix my trailer and get me back on the road. She was polite and professional. I recommend Dexter for any axle related parts you need.
I called today to place an order and had a few questions, but the woman at customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I definitely do not recommend calling them or giving them any business. Very disappointing.
