They don't have it, or won't get it, or takes forever to get it. There are other companies doing it better.
Walked around show room for a few mins, sat at parts counter for 10 and no one showed up. Only 2 ladies talking about baby daddy problems in office looking into show room. Might be nice people working there, but not sure how helpful, never got helped.
The only part of my visit that was pleasant was the young kid in the back who gathered my parts for me. He was fast, polite and offered assistance. Everybody else was rude or acted like they were inconvenienced.
Always have what I need and are always helpful!
